More food vendors and a huge conveyor pizza oven this year!

Get ready to be transported straight to the sun-drenched piazzas and bustling markets of Italy — because this year, our artisan food vendors are bringing the very heart and soul of Italian regional cuisine straight to the festival.

 Watch as authentic wood-fired pizzas blister and bubble in the oven, their crusts charred to perfection and piled high with the finest toppings. Breathe in the rich, slow-cooked aromas of handmade pasta, pillowy gnocchi, each dish crafted with love and tradition.

Sink your teeth into salsicce — bold, herbed Italian pork sausages — or tear into warm, golden focaccia and piadine, Italy's beloved flatbreads, fresh off the griddle. Grab a crispy, golden arancino, its heart of molten rice and ragù almost too good to be true.

For meat lovers, the spectacle of porchetta slow-roasting on the spit is reason enough to visit — impossibly tender, crackling-crisp and fragrant with rosemary and garlic. And the smoky sizzle of spiedini skewers fresh off the grill? Absolutely irresistible.

The beloved calamari vendors are back — and trust us, the queue is always worth it.

Save room for the sweet side of Italy. Cannoli filled to order, cloud-soft tiramisu, pillowy fried zeppole dusted in sugar, and biscotti begging to be dunked. Cool down with scoops of artisan gelato in flavours that taste like a proper Italian summer.
